Due to his deep knowledge of how the human body works, he is able to offer tailor made sessions to suit the clients' individual needs and capabilities according their current physical state e.g injured, fatigued.
He doesn't just train his clients, he explains to them which muscles is being worked on, why a particular exercise is effective. He uses the breaks in between sets to do so.
His approach as it says on his poster is that of a smarter person. I have had trainers in the past that thought the more the client suffered the more effective the training was. Denes trains you with a mixture of anatomy focused approach combined with hands of physical training.
